Mark Arnold is the founder and managing director of MSK Global. Previously, he worked in venture capital at Smedvig Capital in London. Prior to this, he worked with McKinsey & Company and with the United Nations. Mark has a degree in PPE from Magdalen College, Oxford, and a diploma from Sciences Po, Paris.

Gillian has over 15 years of international business experience across growing businesses and business coaching. She has worked in South Africa, the UK and The Netherlands. Rynna Ramirez is an expert in information technology and customer service, having worked with the United States, Australia, and most recently with the United Kingdom. Rynna has an extensive background in Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. Over the years, she has worked for many major corporations, including Mitsubishi, Honda, Convergys and Pharmacia - Pfizer.

Kristine Clemente - Operations Manager

Kristine Clemente has over 5 years experience in operations, online marketing and business development. She previously worked with Nokia Networks, Sykes and Seattle Communication Services before developing and leading teams and processes in recruitment, training, operations and quality control for clients such as IBM, Hewlett-Packard and GlaxoSmithKline. Kristine has undergone quality training and follows the methodologies of COMQUAL, Six Sigma, and the ISO.
