Q. Why should we use your services?
A. We believe that almost all organisations can benefit from our unique combination of breadth and quality of service, operational rigour, responsiveness and cost benefits.

Q. How do you manage quality control?
A. Firstly we run a rigorous hiring process where we select only the best with great qualifications (our hires come from top class academic programmes and have significant professional experience) and put them through a rigorous training programme (typically run by our partner organisation MSK Global Training). Secondly we run ongoing training based on feedback and development goals. Thirdly we invest heavily to understand your needs. Finally we have robust operational and performance management systems and processes.

Q. How do you manage confidentiality?
A. Our clients have both general and specific confidentiality needs. Our team sign confidentiality agreements and work to a strict code of conduct and professional values. However each client has specific requirements, for example, in terms of security of communication. Some clients also require dedicated operation areas and we are happy to support these. We operate under and fulfill the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.

Q. How do we start using your services?
A. We typically work together to discuss and understand your needs and opportunity areas where our services can best help your organisation. We then agree any operational, IT, communications and confidentiality requirements. We normally have a dedicated team working for you within 10-14 days. For ad-hoc work or simpler needs there is a much faster turnaround time and we can often start on the same day.

Q. How do we communicate with our dedicated team?
A. Many clients are happy with email and free systems such as Skype and Messenger. Others prefer access to their systems through a secure web browser.

Q. What hours do you work?
A. We work the hours you require. Many of our team work UK office hours. As you would expect we serve our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as required.

Q. What are the differences between the dedicated and ad-hoc operating models?
A. Many solutions involve a mixed model, with one or more dedicated team members and ad-hoc support for more specialist skills or project overflow. A dedicated model has the advantage of guaranteed availability, is typically more cost effective and gives the team members involved a better understanding of your precise needs. The ad-hoc model works through clients contacting our Project Manager and is a great flexible option.
